would be obliged if anyone can give me information of blood in urine, female in 60's has noticed this everyday for a week. thank you in advance

It could be cystisis, or a urinary tract infection. I suggest you go see your doctor, if only to set your mind at rest.

thank you, have been to Dr. and he has referred me to Hospital. Just trying to find out more causes before appointment

It could be from any number of reasons - any answers on here would purely be speculation , as we dont know your health situation .

The important thing is that it will be investigated by the appropriate proffesionals , who will get to the bottom of it and fingers crossed , it wont be anything serious

Could be many things.
2 things come immediately to mind.

1)Papilloma of the bladder........non malignant.
2) Cancer of the bladder.

She will need the bladder examining with a camera (Cystoscopy) and if necessary a biopsy of whatever is found.

These are the only alternative diagnoses until proved otherwise.
