I didn't have a cigarette yesterday but I did take about 24 of these tablets during the course of the day. That's about 3 times the recommended number. I doubt if they would do as much harm as smoking in the long run, but could so many be harmful?

I smoked about 50 a day. These tablets are the high strength ones. The others available are 2 mg.
I have given up with an Inhalator. This is about my 10th time of trying. I have stopped putting the refills in about two weeks ago but I am still chewing on the bloody plastic bit. Determination is my motivation this time. I am sick of being tied to either fags or what you give up with. 2 years with the chewing gum and 2 years last time with the inhalator. Those tablets don`t sound to be working for you.
