Why do yoga positions translate so badly...

I was trying to hold 'the downward facing dog' position last night and i thought that's not exercise its an invitation
Some are fine... what's the proper name for this so I dont get an unpleasant surprise one day

Thank you Red, not everybody would agree with you though. Got fed up seeing my face on the Avatar, but you did see my foot yesterday.........not driving at the moment, due to dizzy spells.

Heading home soon, I will try to find out what the person who treated me's qualifications were so you will know what to look for....not sure if she's still practising though... and I know I didn't keep the receipts it was a long time back...
