I cant usually leave the house without breakfast, but I would like to start using the gym early in the morning so apart from getting up about 4am and having my usual porridge, what would be the best thing to eat before I exercise.
Qazzz its just i have heard you should not eat to close to doing a workout so unless i eat at 4am and then get to the gym at 6am when the food will be digested, I really need something light that I can eat say half an hour to an hour before my workout
Smoothie... Not entirely sure of the recipie yet, I only had a go at doing it recently but I used a bit of orange juice, about half a large pot of strawberry fat free yougurth, 2 banannas and then blueberries, strawberries and raspberries to taste.... It was pretty good and lasted me two breakfasts.
