From the advice on here I have been to see the doctors and will have a scrotal ultra sound tomorrow evening. What will it entail? I am a bit nervous about it to be honest. Will I get the results there and then?

Went for it last night and all was good apparently apart from some fluid retention in my right one but they said that is normal? What does it mean though?

Fluid retention......no big deal. Fluid my accumulate for no apparent reason and if a large amount is formed and causes trouble, it is called a hydrocoel and MAY need draining.

Soldier on and monitor the situation as the fluid may even go without treatment.
