I've spent a few hours packing up, nothing too strenuous but am feeling dizzy now each time I bend down to pick up things. I stumbled a bit as in lost my balance when stood still. Weird feeling, not in any pain. I had a slight headcold recently when I came back from Las Vegas which cleared up quickly. Any ideas re dizziness? TIA

No idea at the moment.

How old are you?
Are you taking any medication?
How long does the dizziness last...seconds or minutes?
Does the room spin round or do you just feel unsteady?
Do you get any fullness in your ears?

Thanks.
Trying to remember even a small number of the multitude of possible causes for dizziness is making ME feel dizzy! ;-)

However this is as good a place to start as any other:

Not on any medication except the pill sqad, it lasts for about ten seconds, no room spinning but a kind of sensation in my right ear like whooshing. Thanks for the link Chris will have a gander.
I`m no expert but it sounds like a bit of catarrh in the eustachian tube left over from a cold. If you flew home with a cold that could have pushed the cararhh into the tube. I`d try sudafed for a couple of days and see if that helps
Question Author
Oh I came across some sudafed in the bathroom cabinet earlier so will try it. Now, where did I pack it?
