I wasnt sure if i should ask this on here but i dont feel i'm able to speak to my friends yet as i dont want to worry them. I am expecting a MRI scan soon and am obviously worried. I am scared of what i might have to deal with and as i have never known anyone with MS i dont really understand how this could effect my life. I'm hoping that some of you can provide me with a bit of info with which to prepare myself if i actually get diagnosed with MS.
If i google it i worry it might just tell me all the worst case scenarios
Thanks, Hud

Suppose it has been confirmed, then you have about a 90% chance or more of living a normal life expectancy with period and fleeting bouts of neurological problems, speech slurring and maybe ataxia (unsteadiness)
There is also a more progressive, but fortunately rare form of MS.
The disease is completely unpredictable but there will be ABers who may give you personal experiences.
I am not an MS sufferer.

I went in for a check up at the eye clinic due to bad headaches and pain above my left eye. They took a good look at it an dilated my pupils finding the back of my eye was enflammed. They then sent me for a chest xray, took 6 blood samples and i was then sent to the ward to see a doctor the same day. They put me on steroids for 5 days and i am now awaiting to hear the date of my scan
