Sqad: The Morphine tablets are still making me sick in the A/M and not getting read of the pains in my hips and legs. I am hoping to see my GP Monday to see what he recommends I should do, but until then do you think it would be OK to take an extra capsule, or not?
Stick at it carlton, early days yet - but do go back to your GP if it's not making a difference in a few days - or earlier. Better that the GP knows you are still in pain, than that you suffer in silence. ♥
Hi Carlton, I had a fibroid embollisation about 6 years ago and it was pretty painful. For aftercare I was prescribed Tramadol and co-dydramol. At the time everybody said the Tamadol would be really good for the pain but it didn`t do much good. The co-dydramol definitely worked for me so if you don`t get any relief, don`t give up.. Go back to your GP and try something else. Different drugs work for different people. Good luck.
hi carlton, good to hear from you tonight.sorry no relief yet from new medication. but i was happy to read yesterday your gp made a home visit. i am no expert but it may be trial and error to find suitable medication for your pain relief, i hope you get some sleep, take care,,,anne.
