BP of 110 over 70 today, is this ' normal'

sounds normal to me, bordeline hypertention starts at around 140/80

I take it you have a heart rate monitor? Is there any specific reason why?

If not, may I suggest you throw the bloody thing away? Unless you need it for any particular reason, I fail to see why anyone would have one of those horrible things. All it does it stress you out if it's not what you think should be normal.

If you do have it for a specific reason, ignore all of the above!
