It was only a tincy wincy bit uncomfortable whilst being administered, but after only two days I was free of pain & have been since. That was three years ago. I have had no side affects (that I'm aware of) & I wouldn't hesitate to have it done again.
I have also had steriod injections for tennis elbow.
HI Scarlett I know you posted this some time ago but I've only just come across it,
I've had epiduram steroid injections 4 times now, the first didn't work, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th did, the only side effect were feeling sore and tender, I did however have a problem after my last one where they nipped my spinal fluid sack and I had a spinal fluid leak, which was solved a few weeks later. i'm sure by now you've had it done, hope it went well
