how can i take better care of my hygeine without my mom accusing me of anything?

k so when we first moved here i started going through depression i stopped showering taking care of my hair and face anyhow one year my moms friend came down here for me and my moms birthday and brought her son and when he saw me he really liked me alot so me and him would talk every nite on yahoo and myspace after us talking for awhile i started feeling a little better and started taking better care of myself but my mom freaked out and accused me of taking naked pictures for him,i really wanna start taking better care of myself again but what can i do so she won't accuse me of anything?

Surely your Mum should be pleased that you are no longer depressed and taking better care of yourself!

There's nothing much you can do except allow your mother to monitor everything you do on the computer, which is probably a bit extreme. Just tell her you haven't done anything to be ashamed of and suggest she needs to learn to trust you. I don't know how old you are, but parents traditionally get nervous about what their teenagers are up to. Just try to stay calm and not get into a fight over it; antagonism just makes things worse.
Annie did you not say you were 25? You are a grown up now and should do what's right for you.
I agree with jno - and I am so pleased that you are starting to look after yourself again. It's a nasty thing, being depressed, and I know it leads you not to bother about yoursef. Well done you, for starting to feel better.
if you're 25 you can take photos of yourself any way you like (though a good mother will still worry about it). Just reassure her you're doing nothing that a million other young women aren't doing.
Take pride in yourself Annie5 as Personal Hygiene is very important for both Men and Women.
It's a big turn-off if you smell !!

I should also mention that I saw your question on herbal supplements that might help.
A good high dose vitamin B supplement is your best bet. The B vits along with magnesium help to control the central nervous system,among other things.
