ooooh tamborine, i do sympathise with you, i know just what youre going through :o(

have you any oil of cloves? or any actual cloves that you can sit in between your gum and cheek? i find both help a bit when ive been in agony before?
oral gel 'extra strength' is good too. it numbs the area.
paracetamol? ibrufen?
a covered hot water bottle to rest your face on?
a salt water mouth wash?

aw you poor thing. i hope you manage to get some sleep tonight and its a little easier for you in the morning..
Just a caution about the clove oil, yes its great for toothache, but be sure not to get any on your lips, my son had terrible toothache years ago so we soaked a cotton pad in it and positioned it in the right place. It must have slipped and he ended up with a lovely trout pout!
Peppermint essence directly on to the tooth helps.
Boys and girls avoid Clove OIl at all costs it may take the pain away initially but you'll do untold damage to your gums. I ended up with an abscess a few weeks back which ended up in losing two teeth but I'm now suffering with my gum line because of the clove oil, I won't touch it again so please be cautious folks
Suffering how much ?
Ouch: paracetamol
Very ouch: paracetamol+dichlofenac
Banging head on pillow and swearing a lot: DF118 Forte
