If you live with someone, can they tell if you've taken a overdose?

If you do take one how long will it take to kick in and do something serious?

Do you want the other person to notice you've taken something?

My housemate is a manic depressive and who knows. She keeps crying stating shes a nobody and no one would miss her. So would someone be able to tell if she's taken something or just drunk
if someone just appears to be oversleeping it may be no more than the alcohol and a drunken stupour. Any reason to suspect drugs may have been involved?
Or are you concerned that someone may realise you've taken one ?

She needs help no matter, manic depressives, bi polar, have highs, but terrible lows, does she have any medication that she takes regularly, and if she is and is drinking as well thats a bad sign. If she gets very sleepy, and you can't get her to wake properly, suggest calling someone, the doctor, the worse than can happen is a wasted ambulance trip.

What does that mean trimeresurus?
really sleepy, not with it, if you are worried and you sound it, don't leave it till something bad happens.
im wondering why someone would set up an account on here to ask a bunch of strangers something like this rather than call 999 or NHS direct or something?

get on the phone and deal with it asap.
