I put up with it for years, and in the end went to my GP. I now take medication for it every evening and it really helps. There are lots of different meds for this condition, so if you don't mind taking a tablet or two,give your GP a visit. Good luck...

It's horrible isn't it! Mine are worst on planes, only the last few years, don't know what it is about being on a plane but they drive me demented and nothing helps them, glad I don't fly often - might take something to make me sleep through some of it next time. Hope you get a decent nights sleep tonight x
Its so debilitating, just don't know what to do with yourself. Sometimes mine has been so bad(despite taking meds) I have cried with it. I'm sure people(including the medical profession) who have never had it, just don't realise or understand just how bad this is. I must admit that I have never tried the voltarol gel or taking ibrprufen, so when I get another bad night I will give them a try(not both together).
