Pinched nerve in neck

I have elongated spurs on my C6 which occasionally cause me grief. I've been having problems recently and have a physio appointment scheduled. I'm wondering what, if any, painkiller might help as it isn't an inflammation and the pain is sporadic, although once I've 'tweaked' it by a careless movement I'm left with a considerable ache and discomfort.

TIA

Ibuprofen seems to be the analgesic of choice to start with....at least 600mgms in your case.

I presume Diclofenac be OK in lieu of Ibuprofen?
Yes...perfectly OK.
I agree with Sqad, but Ibuprofen isn't suitable for all (e.g. I can't take it). You should ask your chemist.

Thanks Sqad.
A C6? That sounds like some souped-up Sinclair electrically propelled vehicle!
