Years and years ago! The first couple of days were fine, the recipe I used had loads of different veg in and was very tasty, but then you get the bloating, wind and total boredom with soup morning noon and night. Wouldn't recommend it!
thanks guys maybe not for me especially after reading the reviews chris sent on : advantages=none
disadvantages=bloating, wind, pain, IBS, loss of friends
LOL
lol :))
what causes it? the cabbage?! did u not lose any weight?
they say u lose 10 pounds and that's about what I want to lose I don't have the patience to calorie count..I eat quite healthily anyway...maybe more exercise :)
Emu..you sound like me..i eat healtily but dont lose weight unless i exercise....thats the key.A friend of mine recently lost 10 stone on the Cambridge diet....there's no way i could do that...i'd be passing out after a day.
I haven't tried it myself but my grandmother uses it all the time! And she loses loads of weight (puts it back on though when she jets off on her sunny holiday) Although she doesn't go out much when she's on it as she finds people think it's too disgusting for old people to fart and giggle!
i find high protein / low carbs-fat diet works for me . dont eat after 6pm. drink lots of cups of tea especially around lunch and dinner time to make you feel full up and contented.
These quick fix diets don't work. Yes you may lose weight the first few days just with soup but that is not good for you.You will put it on twice as fast when you stop the soup. You do not need to go on a strict diet to lose weight. Eat healthy food chicken fish and plenty veg. My motto for losing weight is cut out the fat and the crap.
