You could try the various foods that are supposed to increase sex drive, but that's probably all in the imagination.
I'd imagine that you're probably just stressed about something at the moment, thats a big killer of any sexy feelings.Maybe try having a night to yourself, long bubble bath, glass of wine, pampering and then get your man over and see how it goes from there. If you want instant results, these are the best i can offer you.
You should try chinese herbs. In traditional chinese medicine, the sex drive is seen as being one of the most important parts of the human system, as it is said to stimulate the production of new cells, and promote growth and repair. Therefore, the traditional chinese pharmacopia a has good selection of herbs that will increase the sex drive. But the herbs in each individual prescription vary depending on the reasons behind the dysfunction. One of the earlier posters suggested ginseng, which I would agree with, although make sure you use the american variety (known as panax ginseng, or xi yang shen) as the more common korean variety is mainly a MALE tonic and has been linked to an increased risk of breast cancer in women. The american variety however, is completely safe for women to take. In addition I would recomend the following mixture (boiled up and drank as a tea), which any good chinese medical centre (which are appearing in most highstreets) will be happy to make up for you:
Rou cong rong - 9 grams
Han lian cao - 15 grams
Huang jing - 6 grams
Da zao - 20 gram
Chen pi - 3 grams
This will help restore sexual interest. Good luck!!
Hehe. Horny goat weed is another good one (and is also very good for depression), but it really should only be prescribed by a qualified Chinese Dr. as part of a herbal prescription, as constant unmonitored use can cause internal bleeding. Damiana is another goody. Zinc is actually one of the safer minerals, but it is true it can have a few undesirable side effects in EXTREMELY high doses, mostly related to preventing other minerals from being absorbed. Anything up to about 30 mg a day for a month or so is perfectly safe though, and will probably help.
