Had a wonderful neck and back massage today but now I have a heavy headache. Would this be connected to the massage and if so why ?

It could be, I can't explain why but this has happened to me in the past.
You must drink plenty of water to flush the toxins from the body. The same with reflexology, drink at least 2 full glasses of water. The person performing the massage should have told you this. This is why you have a headache.

Could it be toxins coming out ?

Sammy she brought in a glass of water but didn't say I 'had' to drink it so I didn't. May be I will have some now. Thanks
yes, smurfchops have two glasses of water now, it will help with the headache.
Almost certainly as many headaches come on during periods of relaxation...e,g migraine often comes on at weekends after a stressful week.
Nothing to do with toxins OR dehyration.
