Embarrassing problem!

My sister has had clear/white liquid leaking out of her nipples. She noticed it yesterday when she was in the bath and today. What could be the cause?
Very much doubt she is pregnant as she has the coil and is badly bleeding.
She feels quite unwell, lightheaded and dizzy with a dry mouth. She feels sick every morning too but she is on citalopram 10mg. She quite often forgets to take these tablets so wonder if feeling ill could be side effects from this.

She's gonna go to docs tomorrow to see what they say.

No big deal.......leakage from the nipple is not uncommon and is hormonal in origin......no treatment necessary.

If she has a coil, then pregnancy is a rank outsider........but could cause the heavy bleeding.

Chopping and changing her Citalopram is not a good idea, she should take as prescribed, a dry mouth is one of the side effects as I know.

lightheaded and dizzy are also side effects of coming off of citalopram, im on a differnt one now and its ready by where i have my coffee in the morning so i dont forget to take it!

Thanks for answers. She just cannot remember to take them everyday even if she leaves them by the sink etc. I thought it was probably missing the pills causing the sickness/light headed feeling.
Yeah, I'll keep you posted IF she gets an appt. I'm not sure everything is right with her down below cause she's always been a heavy bleeder and this is why she has the coil. She had such bad pains and bleeding the other day, she felt as though she could pass out. As she is young (19), she is always fobbed off by docs but I think she needs a scan to check all is ok.
Glad to know the nipple leaking isn't anything to be too worried about.
