I am on a seven day high dose of antibiotics - Should I take any supplements to give added support to my immune system?

There is no need for added supplements.

...though you might want to eat some live yoghurt in case the antibiotics start killing off your gut bacteria.

just be aware you may? develop thrush, if its a " very high dose "
