Do you ever get dry sore eyes!?

Mines are itchy & swollen like i get with my hayfever !!

(and i hve the worst hayfever ever) x

I know what to take & do etc just wondering if its connected to my cold x

yeah i do sometimes.... its so annoying and makes me want to scratch my eyes out.... i try not to rub them but cant help it and they end up worse....

I've had really dry eyes which have felt a bit sore, itchy and gritty They feel a bit swollen too. I've had an optician say before that my eyeballs are swollen and the ducts are blocked so my eyes are not getting the lubrication they should, hence the dryness. I've been trying eyedrops but not much different yet save a quick immediate one.

I put it partly down to the weather, the cold dry wind drying them out and being shut in warm rooms with heat up etc... so less fresh air. I'm going to try a warm compress on my closed eye in case the blocked ducts again, no chance I'm trying the baby shampoo method the opticians suggested last time...stang like hell!

I have drops but tbh they stung like a motherffffff wen i put em in! Thyr still irritated just now :0/

Viscotears, every night as you go to bed. Lovely and cooling but will make your eyes blurry for a while as they are a gel.
