Am I getting a bunion?

I've noticed recently that the bunion bone (don't know the name of it), is raised when I touch the top of it. It doesn't stick out when I rub along the side of my foot but is extremely bony when I rub my finger along over the bone bit. It has been painful on a couple of occasions.

I hope this makes sense. Does that mean that this is the start of a bunion?

Their are alot of thing it could be, you need professional advise however i have had the same symptoms for a year or so (mine is the start of a bunion) but i use the drfoot toe strecher and its brilliant. My bunion has not got anyworse (take a pic then do the same a few monthns later and compare) o and a new well fitting comfortable pair of shoes.
