The dreary summer
5 Answers
Hi everyone.
This isn't really a specific question but I would be interested to hear how this gloomy summer weather is affecting those of us who suffer SAD during the winter months.
It just seems as though the light levels are very low under all the cloud-or is there still enough natural light getting through? I certainly feel rather low at the moment-day after day the sun doesn't appear! And then there's the question of lack of vitamin D-should we be taking extra supplements?
Best wishes,

Yuk! My OH isn't usually bothered by the weather but even he is a bit gloomy. But, as Ann86 said, it must be horrible to have been flooded out!
Have a good evening
