spotty back!!

I have a really spotty back and i have seen my doctor and he has given me tablets to take i take them once a day. But i seen this ad in a magazine and it was a product called Bio-Oil, it clears all scars, stretch marks, blemishes,ageing skin and dehydrated skin. I only had it for a week but you will only see the difference in four weeks Do think should keep on trying it to see if it works? I still take my tablet and it has starting clearing! thanks!
