I keep on getting colds - what helps prevent them?
I've had two colds and flu in the last three months. I lead a reasonably healthy life and take vitamins, so how come I still get ill so often, and what else can I do to prevent it.

I found a 3 day detox.ie no alcohol and dairy products, zinc supplements and loads of orange juice...got over them....in about 10 days..hope it helps!
Take Echinacea (available as drops or tablets in any health food shop or Boots) - it builds up your immune system & I have found it vey effective. I have heard that they are not supposed to be taken continuously though so check if you want to take more than one pack.
Berocca supplement is good, and Zinc plenty of water and rest
The best treatment is to take precautions for flu and cold virus, firstly identify them then built a strong immune system in your body likewise. for more information go to www.makehealtheasy.com
