pain in fingertips

Been feeling under the weather recently. Lots of stress at work.
Now have pain in tips of fingers but only in one hand. Also having problems
with one eye-like lightning streaks !!!! Any ideas ?

Get the eye checked. I don't want to worry you but I had similar and it was a detached retina. Laser treatment corrected it very quickly, but act sooner, rather than later.

Fingers could be Reynouds (excuse spelling) disease.

How long have you been having pain in your fingertips........is that there all the time or does it come on at some particular time e.g in bed at night?
Have you any underlying medical condition e.g Diabetes?

The eye symptoms....how long have their been in existence? Is your vision normal?

I must say that nothing sinister leaps to mind from your OP....but perhaps my answerd questions might throw some light on the situation.

The lightning streaks in the eye might be migraine brought on by stress perhaps?

I get flashing lights and fizzing in my fingers and toes and always put it down to a bad case of anxiety.

pain usually while in bed , Eye symptoms have happened twice
No health issues.
Balance seems a bit wobbly at times

Could well be stress related.........monitor the situation for the next few weeks.
