Purpose - one month of the booze starting today, a support group to help, cajole, berate any ABers to meet this goal. The benefits being the drying out of the old leather known as the leather and a lack of ethanol in the body helping to lead to weight loss - which can be a couple of pounds a week.

You are welcome to join us and rant away with our grumps and withdrawal symptoms and then become all-saintly and righteous when we get towards the goal.

Any questions? Though sibs and I won't necessarily answer them. Will Sqad contribute on any medically related issues?

ok ok, I snapped tonight, I couldn't not have alcohol tonight. a nostalgic night, back on the wagon tomorrow imagine 3 drunk ladies, so I had to join in

absolutely, sibs, one extra day......First of Feb for me as we have a game night at the local (meat that is, not gaming) and one can not have pheasant and quail etc without a glass of the red grape juice....I shall then take out most of Feb too, well at least two weeks unless gness shows up.
