Absolutely not.   My 15 month old grandson has been breastfed from day 1, and my daughter got her implants on the NHS about 12 years ago. The operation turned her life around and was well worth having it done. [Her words, not mine].

Thanks for the info, I certainly wasn't being moralistic about breast implants but being a fellah I just did'nt know, so anyway, thanks again for clearing something up for me and my girlfriend wants twothings in life, a baby and bigger boobs so she was wondering as well, oh yes she wouldn't mind a Fe things by Jimmy Coo and a Mercedes.
