I know I'm Irish and we have our legs on upside down but.....since starting on the statins in November my legs and feet have started to swell...no pitting but quite a lot of fluid. Never had this problem before. BP is fine.
Struggled to look good in the black trousers last week so I stopped taking them five or six days ago. Still some swelling but I'm sure the statins are to blame...I think.
Do you have an opinion please? Gx

Boxy...all my life I wanted boobs. Never had any. If I tied my hair back people would say..Hello son.....
Then....sometime in my fifties they appeared.....two of them...needing support because the bu99ers had arrived just in time to start heading south. :-(
There's your answer. The boobs have migrated to your ankles.
^^ ROFL !

Boxy.......have you ever posted a question then felt you had gone off into a fantasy universe? But those pictures are terrific! Will now have peas for dinner and find a more interesting use for my cabbage.
Abstibus.......I'm watching you.....;-) x Though half an hour on my inversion tale will test your theory.
I had fluid in my left leg following a bout of cellulitis which caused my leg to ulcerate .I had to wear compression socks ( prescribed by the doctor) for ages but they did the trick .
They're not exactly the height of fashion though !
You should put your legs up as often as possible above the level of your heart.
Try some cooling leg gel and keep your legs moisturised all the time .
Good answer from shaney.

I am now going to stand well out of the way while Gness does handstands
Well, gness. You could wear your bra on your ankles, but it might be difficult to walk.
Shaney, would you mind letting Dee Sa know?
Her husband is in hospital at the moment with a nasty ulcer on his leg, intravenous antibugs, or may I copy your post and send it to her?
Gness, do you suffer from chest pains when you get out of bed on a morning? It could be you are standing on your nipples...

Oh I am SO dead now
Question Author
I think I'll try that Shaney...even if I have to bling them up.

Wait til I do handstands at the bar in Whitby....you'll be sorry!

Can't walk with the weight of all the cabbages anyway,Ab.

So sooooooo DEAD!!!!!
Of course alba .Cellulitis is a nasty thing .If Mr Dee Sa has it then he has my sympathies .I hope he soon feels better .
They do the socks in black btw .You don't have to have granny style American Tan :)
Question Author
Black! I love black and I can stick sparkles on them....Yay!!!!!
Thanks Shaney x

I thought sparkles were minty's domain.....
Question Author
Ah you are right DT and of course there is Sparkles the Aber....who is now hanging around my ankles.
I didn't know that Sparkles wore French knicks; you learn something everyday here....
Shaney's advice about keeping your legs above the level of your heart sounds fascinating. And full of potential.
But I was serious about the socks and the cabbage leaves.
