I bought two different nasal sprays, one containing Beclometasone and the other Oxymetazoline. They both say to be used twice a day, could I safely use each one twice a day if I was feeling really blocked up or should I just stick to one?

No it's is better to use just one....Beconase would be my choice.
I'd stick to one at a time. Both of them may have different ingredients which could interact with each other and cause other problems. I'm only speculating though as I am not familiar with either medication.

Thanks both; is that the first one sqad, it's a Tesco version so not brand named?
Beclometasone is the ingredient in Beconase. Oxymetazoline is in (for example) Vicks Sinex which is OK for occasional use but you can get rebound effects if you use it long term. I find it OK for a bad cold but I would use Beconase longer term.

Thank you! Tried both, one in the evening and the other in the morning but had blocked nose after each anyway :-( Will keep going with the beconase one and hopefully it'll kick in!
