Back Pain

I've hurt my back! Stupidly I decided to clean the caravan using one of those heavy broom things that attatch to the hose pipe. When I was doing it I thought 'I'm gonna suffer for this tomorrow' Little did I know - I'm in agony.. I don't think it's worth bothering the doctors but what can I take or do to ease it? I'm on Warfarin so can't take Ibuprofin and far as I know only a small amout of Paracetamol. Due to go on holiday tomorrow :-/

Hopefully... I've got to go for a blood test first then we'll get going, my theory is I won't do as much while I'm away as I do at home, that's my theory anyway :-/ Also depends how I get on sleep wise tonight. xx

We went and now we're back - had a lovely weekend. Back is easier during the day but still agony at night when trying to lay down. Hot water bottle has been a God send.

No Tony just relying the hot water bottle at the mo, do you know how much they cost?

Not sure about the price masma, shouldn't think that they are to expensive though, I think that you can heat them up in the micro wave.
