I don't know. But I'm reminded of the times when I had a drink on me. Stability strangely vanished. :-)
well the mechanism that tells your body where it is in space is called proprioception. Not spilling a drink when you carry it is a learned skill - a toddler cant do it. You learn how to use your eyes to give feedback to your muscles in order to keep the drink in the cup or glass.
\\\\\a drink your arm naturally stabilizes it\\\

"Naturally?" Does it? Mine doesn't, I have to tell my brain what to do...it is called "Neuromuscular Coordination"
