You need one of the strong anti-perspirants like Perspirex or Driclor. They both work in the same way and you can get them from a chemists, or Boots. You apply at night and then wash off in the morning and after a week or so, only need to apply them about twice a week. They do work as well/
You could try seeing your Doctor but I'm not sure they would be able to do anything unless the problem was very severe, in which case I think there is an operation where they do something to the sweat gland. As I said though, I'm sure this is only used in extreme cases.
