Sun Burn

IS aqueous cream ok for mild sunburn on the upper arm and chest? I've been sitting under a parasol in the pub garden for 3 hours and had not realised i was catching the sun!

Yes, calamine is also very good.

i haven't got any calamine in and i can't drive as i have had too much white wine and soda, but i have a tube of the aqueous cream and some anti-hystemines and so hopefully will sleep ok, gott be up at 6am as going to york in the morning

Do you have any natural yoghurt in the fridge? if so that is good to take the heat out of it.
WARNING it will curdle as it warms but a cool shower will take it off no problems.

suducrem! that's what I use. it may be for nappy rash and all that but its woman's best friend. why not man's best friend too?!!
