I need to tan better but I have to stay out in the sun for ever to tan. I don't burn and it takes a while to tan so need tanning advise!!!

Well, to much exposure to the sun or sunbeds can lead to skin cancer.

You do realise that 'suntan' is the result of skin damage? Can lead to basal cell carcinoma and possibly melanoma.

really? I know loads of taned people who are fine. especially TOTALLY FIT MEN WHO DID OUR PE LESSON!!! one had a six pack and his top was so tight you could see it!!!!! fit as flump!

Skin cancer can show up many years after repeated exposure to the sun. Stay pale and interesting or fake it.
