My husband gets yellow stains on towels. they will not wash out,only bleach works. could this be because of the medication he takes after a hip replacement and a heart attack?

is the staining coming from his skin ?

Don't know about the cause...but using chlorine-based bleach on cotton towels (more than very occasionally) isn't a good idea.

Try using Glow White.(if the towels are white)

Sorry about this, but not so bothered about getting towels clean,more worried if it is medication that is causing it.
