Where does one get these.
Another thing us oldies have to put up with, thinning hair. Damn those hormones ...
I got my mum some Alpecin caffeine shampoo last year and she has been using it ever since. Her hair does seem to be thicker.
You need to go lighter after the monopause; nothing looks worse than thinning dyed black hair. Go lighter and in dying hair it will look thicker...
Another thing: Vitamin D helps but you need to go to your GP to ask for a sufficient dosage for it to be worthwhile.
Are you on hrt it definitely helps
I know it sounds silly, but regular trims help !
simple answer is that one doesnt
A spray called Fullmore covers up the sparseness.

THANK YOU ALL. I thought off HRT but GP will only prescribe for hot flushes
See another GP.
As discussed your GP is best bet.

Failing that look for the tranvestite/transgender small ads since some of those confused about their gender may opt to take hormones. Just a thought.
