never really noticed it but I suppose it's within the range of natural variation. My own glasses never sit straight, which must mean either my eyes or my ears are asymmetrical.
It's just more noticeable in some people, I can see a left/right difference in photos of my own face but I don't know whether others see it, I've never asked :)

my glasses done sit straight, but its because i have a slight bump on one side of my nose, after an op, and the rests sit in that - i have to bend one side to make them straight

Leontiasis is a complication of leprosy - which I have neva seen.....
leontiasis /le·on·ti·a·sis/ (le″on-ti´ah-sis) the leonine facies of lepromatous leprosy, due to nodular invasion of the subcutaneous tissue.
leontiasis os´sea , leontiasis os´sium hypertrophy of the bones of the cranium and face, giving it a vaguely leonine appearance.
