In the ear
-- answer removed --
Yes, the smallest bones in the human body are the hammer, anvil and stirrup in the ear, though I don't know which one is the smallest.
Waterwolf is correct. I can confirm that the smallest bone is the 'stirrup' bone. It is 3mm long. The three ear bones are just behind the ear-drum.
Is that the human body? because if not i think you will find that i differs from animal to animal.
I think that the bone is proportionately the same in each animal. It is always the ear bones for the smallest. To think of the giraffe spine or dinosaur backbones
