It's an old word for castanets apparently
If you are frantically pointing at them when you ask that question, it is a gesticular regarding the testicular
How particular, this question so testicular,
It all seems rather extracurricular.
All I know is that this is certainly singular,
the host hanging on the perpendicular.
Testiculars dangling like two peninsulars,
always in motion, one could say vehicular,
driving the sticky flows intercellular.
Just keep everything so regular and not crepuscular,
your woman to be happy with your manly muscular.

because from their location - you think they should be called knockers ?
Jeez, DTCwordfan. I've never heard of a university that offers a double major in anatomy and poetry:)
Without the little vesicles
What use the testicles?
Or in the vernacular
The Knacular?
Before someone breaks out into the lines"funiculì, funiculà!
funiculì, funiculà!, I'm going for a couple of beers...Cheers:)
Because if you get kicked in them, you're knackered.
There was an old man from Gosham,
who took out his balls to wash ’em,
his wife said “Jack!,
if you don’t put ‘em back,
I’ll stand on the f..kers and knacker ’em!”
Seem to remember the last line as
"I'll put 'em in the mangle and squasham"

always remember,
Knacker laquer
Adds lustre to your cluster!
Bardic licence, seadogg.....OP's titular....
Granted to a true bard!
I used to have a boss who wanted to go and complain to a school about standard of spelling as they had written BOLLAX on the school wall.
He he! like it grasscarp.
Seadogg - I knew the extended version as

"Max Factor
Knacker Lacquer
Adds Glamour to your Hammer
And Lustre to your Cluster"
It's the noise they make when they bang together.
cupid, are you confusing them with that 1970's toy - clackers
