Depends how determined you are in pursuing this matter, male then why bother and accept genetics rule, female then it is important to find out what is causing the problem. Can be lack of vitamins, iron and other causes...find that out first then see what can be done. My advice is not the cure as much as the prevention, if no prevention then accept your lot in life, it's a bummer but it determine we are as we are.
