We had run out of paracetamol so I took 2 aspirin and went to bed. I have never had any previous trouble with aspirin. I went to sleep immediately and woke up struggling to breathe about 15 mins later. I could barely see as my eyes were so puffed up they were closed and Mr O said my face looked like a football. It turns out I now have a sudden onset allergy to aspirin.
Anyway, to answer your question, it caused me to be breathless so my answer is yes
