Difficult - I'm not up on websites I think that if you can assume that you do not use any short forms of address you will generally be okay. Re. Last word - an example of no short forms (OK), but one would use 'alright'. Actually it would be better to use 'very well', 'fine' or 'agreed'.
Basically, do not be casual. 'How do you do?' or 'How are you?', not 'Everything OK, right?' Remember your English lessons at school which should have told you how to extend your sentences. If I come up with anything else I will get back. Just be polite and use proper English. Sorry I'm no good at websites, but feel free to ask me anything with which I can help.
