Citizen card is supported by trading standards, police, government, retailers pretty much everyone and you can get one on www.citizencard.net
my son finds that his 16-17 year old Travelcard is enough.
Passport, provisional motorcycle license, nus card (obviously only applicable if you're a student!), rail cards can also be acceptable as many are now photocards.
connexions have strted givin out identifiaction cards for people between the ages of sixteen and 24

Im 22 and when i try to give my photo railcard for ID in a pub they wont accept it. Alot of them only accept driving licence, passport and citizen card.
