Going through the mill! Back at doctors as dizziness returned and beta tabs were not doing much, so back on stemetil until tomorrow when I go to the ENT. Different GP thinks its nothing to do with wax now and more likely to be vestibular neuronitis.

I agree with your GP, two things come to mind.......acute vestibular neronitis and Meniere's Syndrome. As I said before, I always foind Betahistane useless, but the stemetil much better.
Depending upon your hearing tests, the ENT bloke may well order an MRI, bit as your hearing is back to normal, then an MRI will not be necessary.

I do appreciate your feedback.

Just been to ENT, Couldnt do hearing test today as no one to do it, but used tuning forks and was fine. Had my ears hoovered and doc thinks it is viral labyrinthitis. Ive to keep taking stemetil and drop beta, then eek off them when i feel better.
Got given home exercises to do too. Not happy, just want dizziness to stop.
Thanks...that is a successful outcome..........that means that sqad agrees with the management AND final diagnosis.

Google Cooksey-Cawthorne exercises.

This may take time to settle so don't be impatient.

I am signing off now....but thanks for the continuous feedback.
