Not complaining but I've just realised the xanthelasma and both eyelids have disappeared after 4 or 5 years.

Is this typical?

Had to Google this hc4361 as I'd never heard of it. Are you having treatment?

\\\Is this typical?\\\

No idea. Have you been dieting or on statins?
I have just read that some on simvastatin have experienced a clear up of this.
I wish mine would clear up.

Mine developed when I didn't have high cholesterol, or not high enough to bother my GP.
They went before I started taking statins and without any treatment. I thought once you had them they were for life.
Mine is on my eyelid, looks horrible.
both eyelids have disappeared? I hope I'm reading this wrong!
