open pores

is there any way i can get rid of open pores on my face? i've just noticed that i have a little one on my nose and really want to get rid of it before it gets any bigger.  i've heard about lots of creams but i'm not convinced they work, just wondering if anyone has got any success stories??

i had an open pore in the middle of my cheek for years and years, tried all the creams, contacted various beauty clinics, with no success.Then had to see a plastic surgeon about having a mole removed from under my eye and just happened to mention the open pore, he examined it and it turned out to be a cyst under my skin! which entailed a very minor operation. a couple of tiny stiches. i now have a nice smooth skin with no trace of a scar, so see your gp and get a refferal. good luck

I hear pore minemiser (sp?) from clinique works well. I dont think it actually shrinks them but covers them perfectly www.clinique.co.uk

Also I've just read that the Dr Sebagh range is very good for tightening the pores. I know Space NK stock their products. The website is www.spacenk.com
