Stemitil/thyroxine

Would the Stemetil stop the Thyroxine absorbtion ?

I ask because my sister is suffering horrendous nausea. She has just had her thyroxine increased.

Is there anything else she can take for nausea ?

I cannot see that the absorption of thyroxine can be influenced by Stemetil, although in a long list of drug interactions there will be, somewhere at the bottom of the list a comment.

Sorry i have just seen your last question.

Stemetil is the drug of choice and should work depending of course on the dosage. I do not know what dose she is tasking but she can "up it" to 10mgms (2 tablets) every 3 hours if necessary.
