Should I Take My Thyroxine?

I normally take 100mcg of thyroxine daily, this morning I could not remember whether I have taken it or not, should I take 100 or should I skip today and wait until tomorrow?

It won't do any harm to skip a day cop, buy one of those day to day tab things, easy to forget x

100 micrograms either way is not going to make a jot of difference to your body workings.

I also take it and have missed mine on odd days, no harm done just take as normal the next day.
