I have been told I have an impingement in my shoulder tendonitis in the rotar cuff did you have something similar?

thankyou for your kind messages ,gordiescotland Ifell over and detached a tendon unfortunately it came away with a bit of my arm bone attached and also messed up a tendon at the top of my arm .Hope you will soon be feeling better xx
